SHIPPING TIMES AND COSTS

  • During check out, the shipping charges will be calculated. Shipping times and costs depend on your location.
  • Free Ground shipping offer valid on orders $50 and over within the United States.
  • We often run FREE SHIPPING promotions for a limited time. Please check the banner at the top for more information.

  • International shipping is available. Shipping costs depend on your location.


  • RETURNS AND REFUNDS

    We want you to be satisfied with your Baaxz Back Support purchases. If that’s not the case, we’ll gladly accept merchandise for return.

  • Enjoy free returns within 30 days for full-price and sale items.
  • Items must be in as new condition to be eligible for a full refund.
  • Hasn’t been washed, worn, or altered.
  • Is accompanied by the original invoice.
  • Refunds will be charged back to the original form of payment used for purchase.
  • Customer is responsible for shipping charges when making returns and shipping/handling fees of original purchase is non-refundable.
  • Your return will be processed within a week to a week and a half.
  • We’ll send you a Return Notification email to notify you once the return has been completed.
  • Please allow 1-3 business days for refunds to be received to the original form of payment once the return has been processed.
  • Returns can be sent back to us at the address below using any trackable/insured shipping method. No COD returns accepted. Returns are processed in the order they are received. Please allow a week to a week and a half for your return to be processed once received at our warehouse.
