RETURNS AND REFUNDS

We want you to be satisfied with your Baaxz Back Support purchases. If that’s not the case, we’ll gladly accept merchandise for return.

Enjoy free returns within 30 days for full-price and sale items.

Items must be in as new condition to be eligible for a full refund.

Hasn’t been washed, worn, or altered.

Is accompanied by the original invoice.

Refunds will be charged back to the original form of payment used for purchase.

Customer is responsible for shipping charges when making returns and shipping/handling fees of original purchase is non-refundable.

Your return will be processed within a week to a week and a half.

We’ll send you a Return Notification email to notify you once the return has been completed.

Please allow 1-3 business days for refunds to be received to the original form of payment once the return has been processed.

Returns can be sent back to us at the address below using any trackable/insured shipping method. No COD returns accepted. Returns are processed in the order they are received. Please allow a week to a week and a half for your return to be processed once received at our warehouse.
